New Regulations On Edibles Are Harshing Colorado’s Mellow

The new regulations, which do not extend to medicinal marijuana, include “Separability Laws,” mandating all recreational edibles be divided into 10mg servings – that is, each individual serving has no more than 10mg of THC and there can be no more than 100mg total in an entire package – and new, more stringent labeling and packaging requirements.
